Product Overview

The MTL 5521 is a dual-channel, 4-wire signal conditioner and isolator designed for interface with 4-wire transmitters in hazardous areas. It accepts a 4-20mA or 0-20mA input signal from a separately powered (4-wire) field transmitter, provides intrinsic safety (IS) isolation, and delivers an isolated 4-20mA output to the safe area. It is ideal for connecting 4-wire devices that have their own power supply.
