The YOKOGAWA ZR40H-T-M-A S1 is a microprocessor-based converter designed for use with ZR22G series zirconia oxygen analyzer probes. It supplies power to the probe, processes the oxygen concentration signal, and provides a 4-20mA analog output with superimposed HART digital communication. This ATEX/IECEx certified model features a rugged wall-mount enclosure and the S1 enhanced firmware version with advanced diagnostics and calibration functions.

Important Notes

  2. A ZR22G series oxygen probe​ must be ordered separately as a matched component.

  4. HART communication​ requires minimum loop resistance of 250 Ω and a HART-compatible host.

  5. The S1 version firmware provides predictive maintenance alerts​ (cell impedance trend, heater degradation).

  6. Maximum cable length​ between converter and ZR22G probe must not exceed 100 meters (refer to instruction manual).

  7. The converter stores calibration history​ for up to 100 events, accessible via HART or local display.
