Product Overview

The Endress+Hauser CYK10-A101​ is a Memosens sensor extension cable​ used to connect digital pH, ORP, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, and turbidity sensors (Memosens 2.0 / Memosens) to a transmitter or junction box. It features IP68-rated Memosens inductive connectors on both ends​ and is available in fixed lengths. This variant has a 10-meter cable length​ and is part of the CYK10 series for non-hazardous area installations.

  • Memosens Protocol Transparency:​ Fully transparent to the digital signal; calibration data, sensor ID, and diagnostics pass through unaltered.
  • Rugged PUR Jacket:​ Resists oils, coolants, and microbial attack — suitable for most industrial and outdoor installations.
  • IP68 Mated Connection:​ When plugged into sensor or transmitter port, the connection is dust-tight and waterproof to IP68.

  • Extended Sensor Reach:​ Extending pH/ORP/conductivity/DO sensor cables to reach a remotely mounted transmitter or junction box in water & wastewater plants.
  • Retrofit & Relocation:​ Allowing sensor repositioning without replacing the entire sensor assembly.
  • Spare & Stock Optimization:​ Standardizing on one sensor length and using extension cables of various sizes (1m / 5m / 10m / 20m) to cover multiple installation layouts.
Note: For intrinsically safe / Ex i applications, use the CYK10-xxEx​ variant (e.g., CYK10-A101Ex). For analog (non-Memosens) pH electrodes, use the CPK-series coaxial cable instead.
