IMI Norgren V63D517A-A2 double-acting ISO 6431 pneumatic cylinder — 63mm bore, 100mm stroke, adjustable cushion both ends, magnetic piston, M20×1.5 rod thread, G1/4 ports. Aluminum barrel, nitrile seals.

Product Overview

The IMI Norgren V63D517A-A2​ is a double-acting pneumatic cylinder​ manufactured to ISO 6431 / VDMA 24562​ standards, ensuring dimensional interchangeability with other major ISO 15552/6431 cylinder brands (Festo DSBC, SMC MB, IMI Norgren Lintra Plus RA/802x). It features a 63 mm bore, 100 mm stroke, adjustable pneumatic cushioning at both ends, and an integrated magnetic piston​ for non-contact position sensing with slot-mounted reed or solid-state switches. Ports are G1/4" BSPP female, piston rod is M20 × 1.5 male, and the barrel is hard-anodized aluminum alloy with a chrome-plated steel piston rod. Suitable for general automation, material handling, and process machinery.
