Festo DSBC-100-160-PPSA-N3 double-acting ISO 15552 cylinder. 100mm bore, 160mm stroke, self-adjusting pneumatic cushion (PPSA) both ends, magnetic piston with N3 proximity sensor slot, G1/2 ports.

Product Overview

The Festo DSBC-100-160-PPSA-N3​ is a double-acting ISO 15552 (ISO 6431 / VDMA 24562) standard pneumatic cylinder​ featuring a 100 mm bore, 160 mm stroke, and self-adjusting pneumatic end-position cushioning (PPSA)​ at both ends — eliminating manual cushion tuning. It is equipped with a magnetic piston​ and N3 sensor grooves​ (C-slot/T-slot compatible) on two profile sides for non-contact position detection using Festo SMT or SME series proximity sensors. Ports are G1/2"​ and the piston rod is M20×1.5 male thread. Suitable for general automation, material handling, and process machinery.
