Product Overview

The MTL 5517 is a dual-channel HART signal repeater and isolator designed to extend the communication distance of HART networks in intrinsically safe applications. It receives a weakened 4-20mA+HART signal, regenerates it to full strength, and transmits it while maintaining galvanic isolation between field and safe areas. It is specifically designed to overcome signal degradation in long cable runs in hazardous locations.
