 7ML5110-1GD07-4AF3 (Sitrans LUT420) ultrasonic level / flow controller — 1 transducer, 2×SPDT relays, 1×4–20mA, HART, backlit LCD, 100–240V AC, NEMA 4X / IP66. Compatible with XRS-5 / XPS-15 / ST-H transducers.

Product Overview

7ML5110-1GD07-4AF3​ is a Sitrans LUT420 series ultrasonic level and open-channel flow controller​ — the mid-tier model in the LUT400 family. It accepts one ultrasonic transducer (compatible with  XRS-5, XPS-15, ST-H, and third-party 420/485 kHz probes) and provides continuous non-contact level measurement plus open-channel flow calculation per ISO 1438/ISO 772 flume/weir tables. The unit features a backlit graphical LCD, 2 programmable SPDT relay contacts​ (alarm / pump control / alternating), 1 isolated 4–20 mA output​ (level or flow), and HART communication​ superimposed on the analog loop. Power is 100–240 V AC 50/60 Hz. The NEMA 4X / IP66 polycarbonate enclosure is suitable for wall or pipe mounting in municipal and industrial sites. Programming is via front keypad or SIMATIC PDM / HART handheld.
